In the Studio
Live Resilience Coaching with Rick Cram & Nicki Mollet
Participation is by invitation to protect the tone of the room and the integrity of the experience.
A Real Coaching Experience—Not a Performance
In The Studio is not a webinar, a panel, or a presentation.
It’s a live resilience coaching experience—guided, grounded, and intentionally designed. Most sessions include an invited guest whose story, leadership journey, or lived experience aligns with the purpose of the studio.
The goal is simple:
To help people return to themselves, regain clarity, and move forward with integrity.
What You’ll Experience
- Guided grounding to help you settle, focus, and reset
- Real coaching—live (not scripted teaching)
- Simple, usable strategies from PLAN TO BE YOUR BEST you can apply immediately
- Three-step resilience clarity: Tune In → Plan → Be Your Best
- A calm, welcoming room where sharing is always optional
- A close that travels with you—words, questions, or practices you can return to
How It Works
Format:
Once per month · Live on Zoom
Typical session length: 60 minutes
Schedule note:
Target timing is often Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. PT, with occasional adjustments based on guest and program alignment.
Participation model (important):
In The Studio is invitation-based to protect the tone of the room and support a meaningful coaching experience. If you’d like to be considered, you can request an invitation below.
This Is For You If…
- You’re carrying pressure—personally or professionally—and want steadiness
- You’re navigating a transition, uncertainty, or reinvention
- You’re a leader who needs clarity while carrying responsibility
- You’re living with pain, grief, stress, or exhaustion and want grounded support
- You value thoughtful conversation more than performative positivity
This is especially for people who are used to being the strong one.
A Protected Space for Real Life
We protect the integrity of this space—because what happens here matters.
- Invitation-based participation helps preserve the tone, trust, and depth of the room
- Sharing is always optional (presence alone is participation)
- Some sessions may be recorded for internal review or future excerpts—only with clear consent
- Any excerpting is guided by care, context, and respect
If you’re seeking a place to “perform resilience,” this won’t be the right fit.
If you’re seeking a place to practice it—with support—welcome.
