What Happens in a Gathering


A simple rhythm—designed for real life:

  • A short grounding to settle and reset
  • One idea from PLAN TO BE YOUR BEST (clear + practical)
  • A few gentle prompts for reflection
  • Optional sharing (or you can simply listen)
  • A close you can carry into your week

Length: ~45 minutes on Zoom

Encouragement Changes the Moment

Encouragement isn’t extra. It’s a form of strength.

In Take Heart, encouragement flows in three ways:

  • You’re encouraged by others who understand
  • You strengthen how you encourage yourself
  • You experience the lift of encouraging someone else

When pain is loud, encouragement helps you hear yourself again.
